BASS TEST - Professional Plate Amplifier Powered Subwoofer

Welcome to Part 2 of professional audio plate amplifier powered home theater subwoofer DIY build! This time we'll test it to oblivion!

Just a short review, the main components used in this indoor home active subwoofer are the following:
1. Pioneer TS-W1212S4 / TS-W12S4 Single 4 Ohm Subwoofer (Champion Series)
2. NTBD Pro 1500DT 1500w Subwoofer Plate Professional Audio Class D Amplifier
Plugging the unit into a PC's built-in soundcard dedicated subwoofer out for a clean signal output.

That box looks far too big. Did you follow the Thiele Small parameters when calculating the size/volume?

Yes it may look like that but actual Bass Box Pro 6 calculations were on point against the sub's theile/small parameters.

Fan can be barely heard. Autovolt system. Yes can handle 1kw rms at 4 ohms

It is a subwoofer amplifier plate with 1200w RMS @ 4 Ohm. Autovoltage from 110v AC to 220v AC.

No. Gain settings only at 9 o clock. Beyond that will toast the sub. Sub is only 350w rms.

Cheap subs doesn't have a lot of excursions though.

J'ai vraiment aimé votre projet. Pourquoi vous n'avez pas prévu les petits haut-parleurs à voix aigu je pense que ça aurait bien amélioré le song !
