Bought used seaark bass boat several years ago. The bunks were actually in very good shape. Still I don't like carpet on the wood , because of it holding water , so I ripped it off, and went back with the glide on "bunk slicks". Boat launches easier , and trailers easier with those on and no more water logged carpet. Good to see you making videos again. Thanks Jaime!

I am recording a new video now Because I am redoing a deck. This time I'm using a proper brown carpet and I'm doing the hatches just a little bit differently so I'll make a new video and I'll let you know when I post it up.

Hey man I just have a question for you, that rubberizing trick you did on your net a few years back, how did that hold up for you in the end?

I still have it. For me it just helped with the net not collapsing on itself and getting things so tangled up in it. It made it still a little more rigid. The rubberizing may affect off of he's here there, but it held up. I've never restored it. But I also have other nets too and so that will be the net I use when I'm on my float too because it's so light.

Hi Jaime! We have lost 2 anchors already 😲. Any suggestions? Fishing Calaveras Lake outside San Antonio. Lost one Stainless Steel grapple to an accident & a galvanized grapple today because after 45min struggle it just would NOT come loose!

Yep, there are some tricks for anchors I learned with my kayak. I might have to make a video on it. First is to put a float on the end closest to the boat. This way you can disconnect it and not lose it. You can try to get it from a different angle Second would be to tie the to the opposite end that you would think too... Think about it, lol! Some anchors even have a spot for it. Then where you would normally tie it on, use a zip tie. This way when your anchor gets stuck, you pull and pull until the ziptie breaks... Now you will then pull the anchors from the grapple side which will make it almost instantly release. What kind of bottom do you have? Trees, rocks, sand?! This is why I carried 3 different kinds of anchors. They all have a specific type of bottom they are most efficient with

dang man i know for a fact youre losing atleast 3-4 mph with those 500 batteries you got back there lol

I still hit 31mph. The fastest I have gotten was 34-35 with good trim and water. So you could be right. Nothing was more frustrating then losing battery power. I like to fish at night and get into some places where it gets crazy. I have to use a trolling motor to get home one day and have my jump start to get me up another day. So livescore just really drained and started battery. I did rearrange the battery put it on the other side and I've done some weight distribution and try to keep things balanced
