In today's video, I find live animals in pet store dumpsters! I started off by exploring a dumpster behind a fish store and immediately I found a box full of fish... luckily they were all still alive so I added them into a bucket and I kept going! I then found another box that was full of more fish, axolotls, crawfish, and eels! After saving all of the fish from the first dumpster I moved onto the next one that was behind a fish store that sells rare fish! I started my search through all of the trash and eventually I found a bunch of live fish including arownas, pufferfish, sturgeon, and albino redtail catfish! After that things got even crazier and I found more bags of man-eating catfish! However all of these fish were running out of oxygen so I quickly added them into a bucket and I moved onto the next dumpster that was behind a saltwater fish store! I started my search through all of the garbage and I managed to find a box full of crazy sea creatures! Inside was some clownfish, shrimp, and mystery fish! But it didn't stop there, right after that I found another box full of moray eels, sea urchins, and starfish! So far we have saved so many fish, but now it was time to explore a reptile store dumpster so who knows what we're gonna find! I jumped in and it didn't take me long to find my first animal which was a leopard gecko... As I kept going I found pacman frogs, tarantulas, crabs, turtles, and even snakes! After saving all of the animals I could, I moved onto the last dumpster of the video which was behind an asian food market! This was by far the grossest dumpster, but after some searching I found a bag full of live shrimp! But that was just the beginning because next I found live bullfrogs, blue crabs, eels, and even lobsters! Should I make a part 2 saving more animals from dumpsters?

When I still lived in New Jersey a coworker of mine found a chinchilla in a dumpster, she gave it to her younger brother until about a year later when he developed an allergy to the hay they eat. She asked me if I could take him because she knew I already had Chinchillas. I had him for 19 years, he sadly passed last year. I still have one who is now 18 years old.

I use to work for Petsmart and I got to tell you. Dead fish are sometimes found in there tanks, but they would NEVER throw out live pets, EVER. In fact they call their animals sales, adoptions. I thought it was a sale/ publicity campaign, but I've seen them deny sales to people, especially for the birds.

Hopefully you can inform the police or authority in Florida so that they will take heavy measures against these stores. It's brutal and not done to throw live animals away.

There is no legal action that can be done against these stores for throwing out animals. These stores, by their corporate policy, can not keep these animals. It is not, unfortunately, illegal for these companies to throw these out. It is, however, illegal to go dumster diving for them as the dumpsters are considered private property, and taking anything out of them is considered stealing. To do this dumster diving legally, you have to get written signed permission from the company. None of the companies will give legal permission for this. So all the people that go dumster diving and take anything they find is breaking the law and can be fined or get jail time if caught.

@@Iamadrummer yeah its sad aint it that people have to break the law to save an animals life but yet there is all these loop holes in place to allow for these places to get away with animal cruelty. IF they purchase those animals to sell it is now their property and should have to seperate those animals that are sick from the others, and TREAT them as they would their own seeing that they are the owners until someone else buys them. I believe if actual action was taken that there would also be loop holes that would still prosecute these places for doing such things. There just arent enough people out here making an actual fuss about it and actually trying to take it to the next level. Authorities dont care enough about fish and lizards to even TRY to do something about it, I mean hell they are letting people die nowadays everywhere you go so they definetly aint gonna try and put forth any effort for a pet thats not yet a pet, and seems to have no owner even though it was purchased. But i guarantee if Peta and the right people got involved and actually pushed it they would be held liable for those animals whom are in those dumpsters, they would have to PROVE that they got a actual diagnosis from a vet before throwing them out in the dumpster for EACH INDIVIDUAL animal, they should have to show proof that they are financially able to take care of the animals they acquire and be forced to implement new rules to protect those animals who arent actually sick from being tossed just to try and get rid of them, its THEIR fish its THEIR lizard they boughtit and until someone else buys it it should be THEIR fault and their responsibility to care for those animals if they get sick or die, then they should be disposed of differently than in the trash cans, most vets offices incenerate any animals WHOM DIE and are left in their care and who do not have owners, those vets really arent the actual owners and yet if they just threw an animal out in the dumpster because it was sick or dying they would be in a bunch of trouble, so these places need to do the same and if they arent able to care for those animals they get when they get sick then they shouldnt be allowed to operate period point blank, and for those working there, i would be looking for another job, there are more out there whom dont require you to throw live animals in the trash the fact that the workers are okay with it and havent said anything about it makes me care less if they keep their jobs or not, I could never work for a place that throws away LIVE and viable animals some of these dont look like they ahve anything wrong with them they definetly arent sick enough to be thrown away, and I KNOW they dont have proof of any of the illnesses they suspect them to have cause if they aint gonna put out money to even treat their animals they arent gonna pay a vet to come out and look at them and make sure they are okay for sale. NOONE should be allowed to throw a live animal in the trash period point blank your big wig name and company shouldnt give you special permission to be an animal abuser.

That's great, but just to let you know african dwarf frogs shouldn't be with fish, only other frogs. This is because they can't see very well so they will eat smaller fish or bite/nip the fins of fish with longer fins (including bettas) if they swim too close. It would be better for all of them if you separate the fish from the frogs by setting up another tank or by rehoming the frogs to someone who has experience with them. The animals get thrown out for all kinds of reasons, and it is against the stores policy to keep them. This is sad, but dumster diving for them as the dumsters are considered private property. Taking anything out is considered stealing by law. You have to get signed written permission from the company to legally do this. No store or company would ever give permission for this.

Here's a list of some of the mysterious fish you found. The 'big pale fish with no eyes' is a blind cave tetra. I've seen a few in some fish stores, but I've never seen one that big. The 'strange pufferfish' is a cowfish. The eel is a 'snowflake moray' The 'starfish' is a brittlestar

I’ve watched Bobby for a while, and these fish are not ones he’s ever had. That’s not to say he doesn’t have fish that are the same species, but I can tell very distinctly that these are new fish. Not to mention, for him to put these fish in there would be a whole other level of twisted because some of them he would’ve had to starve first. Also he lives in Florida. idk how people believe this content. fish only live in bags for 24 hours. and people would either uthanize the fish or release them. also, all of the snakes and hamsters would escape. i wish you stil did your old videos and catching wild fish

6:40 is an needle fish the live in saltwater and are pedators. This is just a lil baby... They can get 1.20 metres long and the record was 1.76 metres. And at the start that wwsan cave fish they have no eyes because they live in fully darkness and so dont need eyes

I don't know if anyone else mentioned it, but the blue water is the result of the shipper adding methaline blue to the water. Won't hurt the fish. Another thing, if you bring your own clean water, and haven't thought of it, a suggestion is to add decholorinator to the clean water. Fish with die because of chlorine.
