I took your 1st hotspot and the one across the way from the launch docks and in my 2 day tournament I caught 112lbs 8oz of only large mouth bass thanks for the tips

yes each lake is a little different some spots will not be active if it is cold you can try keeping track of the temps

Do these spots work the same for the career mode?

Updates to the game have changed some of the fish movements and hot spots but yes your map is always the same if you fish for fun or take part in the career mode. Water temp can affect the hot spots on some lakes more than others.
