played here like 10 times before i completed the bass tournament on the college series. Tough!! but found the Pad Crasher-Ole Smokey really did wonders! no other fish were interested really but Bass so every bite i knew it was a bass!. Just take some kinda finesse to get em to bite. Just maneuver the analog(thus moving the rod) as you reel in should do the Trick!.

It’s definitely one of the hardest lakes! The hotspots aren’t as solid as they are on other lakes but they’re there! Just takes a lot of practice!

I found the fish spot tons of fish but tried for half hour none of them will bite at all and i'm using the Tremor shad and the drop shot. What am I doing wrong? I'm trying to win the college masters with 4 people, and cant' even get one fish to bite for the life of me.

I was having a really hard time getting these fish to bite but I completed the College Series with a Texas rigged green pumpkin soft plastic and did stop and go in the all the spots. I bet if you do that In a good spot you'll get bit like I did.

Reset from main menu and re enter to change temp. Plenty of poppers make some trophy smallies bite, I’ve got a good smallmouth video on my channel as well as a good twitch tutorial video that’ll help. For largemouth just stick with tremor shad, glidesdale, jenkolistic. Then carry a 7inch thumper on a 1/0 drop shot and a jerk bait if they really really really won’t bite

What weight is your drop shot setup 1/4 oz?? Also what line do you pair it with.. thx had some success at your spots with the emerald jerk bait with deep and suspended bass on at Lawrence 🙏

Happy to hear you had some luck! Ya my drop shot is 1/4 oz and I think it’s just on 7lb line but the line size doesn’t really matter in my opinion as far as getting more or less bites so pretty much whatever you feel comfortable with!

Definitely, I think that makes the bait one of the best in the game! Usually only catches bigger bass for me and never any other species for the most part!

Hotspots move around a bit but are generally in the same areas. If you find a hotspot, the fish will move to different spots in the area depending on water temp and time of day. Generally you’ll see people fishing the same spots but the big factor is figuring out the right baits, water temp, and time of day for the spot. But there are plenty of hotspots around the lakes

So I searched this because I’ve fished the college series at St. Lawrence 6 times and have caught every species but a bass. This game confuses me. See 6 fish on the graph but 0 will be in the water when you’re reeling! 🤷🏻

St. Lawrence was probably the toughest lake for me to find good spots. But they are there it just takes a little bit more time than most of the other lakes. If your seeing fishing all over your graph even when your standing on the front of the boat I promise they are around, just make a lot of casts to find where they are spawning into the game at. I know it sucks spending so much time finding them but when you do it’s almost every cast you’ll catch one

They're NOT always where the graph says. I 360 fancast all the time when it says there's tons of fish and there are none. Must have difficulty on easy cuz they only bite like that in the intro. I have largies and smallies swim by all the time and don't give af. My 1/4 dropshot doesn't look like that 1 bit. It falls to the bottom super fast and then drags on its side.

Seems to have helped other people. All I can say is that there are good fish in every spot I give out on this channel but they move around within the general area. Just have to move around a little, make a lot of casts, and find what baits work best. Every bait I used has and still does work for me but there are plenty of other baits that work as well
