And this is why I love my Fred Hammonds signature Bass Mods with Aguilar Pups and OBP3 preamp just need a good set up Johnny I haven’t had one since I’ve had it but it’s playing good but need some tweaking

It has bart pickups and a “bass mods” pre amp , bass mods has been making pre-amps for a while, Bass mods makes their own in-house preamps, they sound great and the price ain’t bad. I’m guessing the preamp in this one is probably this model by Bass mods Bassmods MC-3 preamp Controls: 1.Vol/Active Passive 2.Blend 3.Mid 4. Treb/Bass 3 Position Mid Control Gain Control on the back of the preamp box
