I really love these two men !!! Dear Cat remember that this one of the most exciting live performance I've heard. Two generations in comparison. Sometimes life can be strange. But you both are MASTERS and so Love & Love!!! AMAZING !!

Don't worry Cat for some notes!! It's important the general sound and "idea" !!! In a live performance years ago I destroyed the first string ahahah ... I stopped the concert and I changed the string. It's live performance !!! ahah :-) !!

Fantastic i can listen to it over and over and never get tired Much much beter than violin and bass l am blessed to have the chance to hear this played by the giants of Double Bass .

The original piece is for two basses. But you know... A disciple from Paganini transcribed the part for violin!!

I'm glad you like it Greta! This is the original version Bottesini composed, which later he made into the more familiar violin and bass version :)
