looks good, but i always worry about the size of these things. drive space starts to get tight. how big is this going to be?
@wave-alchemy5 жыл бұрын
BASSYNTH will take up around 10GB of hard disk space. You'll actually be getting access to 20GB of great content, but the compression format means that this only takes up 10GB on disk :) I hope this helps! Let me know if you'd like me to share a sound source list with you, which lists (in full) exactly what instruments and synths we recorded.

@@wave-alchemy Thanks for the answer, It's a little big for me, but i may be getting another external disc soon. I am particularly interested in the accoustic basses. Would it be possible to install just that? Or would the entire thing be ok on a firewire drive disk (i.e latency)? Hope you will have some good demos of the accoustic bass. Really into that live bass sound these days.

The browser filter is reset every time I choose a sound. This is a frustrating workflow. I'd love to quickly preview presets by tag (i.e., bass guitar). Is this possible? I read somewhere this was being fixed in a future update but I haven't seen an update in months. I might have missed the update though...
@wave-alchemy4 жыл бұрын
Hi Tim, The Preset and Sound browser filters (and a few other things) were fixed in a previous update a short while back. The latest version will be in your account on our website. Feel free to contact us via our website contact form, and I can provide you with the instructions to manually update the product quickly so that you don't need to re-download all of the files again :)

It's simply being used as a controller to control the instrument, which is linked to a MacBook.
