In Cuba, it is common to see the drums decorated with small bells and chimes, which are called Saworoide or "Saworo" in Yorubaland and Chaworoide or "Chaworo" in Cuba; such bells are attached to one or two "igbaju" leather straps for mounting on the Iya.

La poliritmia muy adelante Itotele el median va muy aprisa y Iya el grande necesita afincarse mas es quien lleva la cadencia del oricha al bailar esto no es rumba es bata y se toca marcando el tiempo son tres sonidos de toques diferentes que sostienen una conversacion de notas finas agudas secas y sostenidas que se conjugan para lograr una poliritmia unisona cada uno hace su trabajo Primero Iya: Es el tambor principal el que marca el ritmo y guía a los otros dos, tiene un sonido grueso, y tiene una especie de bajo, generalmente es acompañado de campanas y cascabeles. Como se observa en la imagen, esta acompañado de hierros y campanas, la parte grande, produce sonido de bajo, usados para marcar el ritmo, la otra parte mas pequeña, tiene un sonido agudo. Segundo Itoteles: Es el segundo tambor de tamaño mediano, sigue a iya en el ritmo y lleva paso regular,no se le ponen campanas ni es acompañado por nada, es el tambor que le sigue a iyaa y toteles Al igual que iya tiene una parte amplia que se usa de bajo para ponerle mas volumen al iya Y por ultimo Okonholo: Este tambor es el mas pequeño, es el que lleva el paso mas rápido en todo el toque, no sigue a Iya si no que lo acompaña, es el único tambor que no tiene bajo, no se le ponen cascabeles ni nada para acompañarlo. Okonholo Es el tambor mas pequeño.
