Hi just came across your channel this morning love the way you are organised and have a way of cooking. When I make samosa I put my samosas on a tray and put in freezer for about a hour and when they go a bit hard then into freezer bags! I always make about a 100 so I would not have enough space in freezer, even though I have 3 freezers! Your style in the kitchen is very similar to mine , the way you wash the dishes to the way you cook lol. It’s like I am looking at myself.
