One of my stores put a bunch out today so I got to smell the mashup collection. I just found out of the mixture one scent seemed dominant for example The Teakwood Gardenia for me on cold it was Gardenia heavy. I got a Cinnamon Spiced Vanilla /HC &C but that was CSV heavy with a touch of HC&C kind of like a chocolate churro.Im interested in Cinnamon and Waikiki it is similar to Tropical Spice on cold.Sugared Lemonade and Blueberry Sugar is very tart and SL forward.

Got my hands on ginger lime twist and omg it’s amazing! Deff not juniper & gin it’s sweeter but close. Had a slight sweet note like frosted Moscow mule. All 3 and pretty distinctly different in my opinion

Great candle review ! In my opinion, You're The One is a FABULOUS candle !! Smells like expensive perfume.. I get a lot of compliments when visitors come to my home & smell it burning.. Men typically don't like the candle, but do like how the body mist & body cream smells on a woman. : ) At least the men that compliment me when I wear it, lol.

Great rundown! I was wondering if you know if they have ever released Tuxedo Night under a different name? I wait for that to come back every winter. It was released a few years back with a gorgeous iridescent label. Notes- Crystal Waters, Sea Salt, Coconut Milk, Driftwood. I would buy 10 of them if I could!

It all depends on what type of fragrance he gravitates towards, but fragrances like Fresh Balsam (a tree scent) or Mahogany Balsam (their Fresh Balsam candle mixed with a cologne scent) are pretty safe if he looks woodsy/tree scents. If he like something more smokey, Smoked Vanilla Whiskey, Balsam & Firewood or Fireside are good picks. If you're looking for something a bit more clean/neutral, then Sweater Weather, Eucalyptus Snowfall or Frozen Lake would work. If you're looking to get him a cologne fragrance, then try Bourbon, Flannel, Leather & Brandy or Cypress & Amber.

I had a wine cellar from back in the day when they released the Napa Valley collection. I hope Wine Cellar smells like that version. I'm not sure what the collection was really called but it says "Napa Valley" on the label. They released 3 candles. I wish all three would come back.

Oh my gosh yes, the Cork & Vine collection! Gorgeous labels and packaging. The original (and completely different from present) Black Cherry Merlot was in there, Napa Valley Sunset, Harvest Gathering and Citron Cedarwood. I think that one is the same as the current Wine Cellar that comes out?

Thanks for your detailed review. This year BBW released all past scent candles, nothing excited. All candles are repackaged and nothing new. I will pass and save money for new releases maybe in spring or summer .

Why are you bring back unicorn sprinkles in that same exact packaging!!? Year that candle came out and After all was said and done there was a ton of those candles out during SAS 75% off!! Hoping blueberry marshmallow bar is blueberries and cream!! Horse Spring Plum and blackberries was 99% same in my opinion. Cozy Cashmere DEF Not The OG Merci Paris. Merci Paris was Repackaged a few years later in a Red Jar with Floral Pint on the label, had a Different name and Cannot think of it for the life of me! I grabbed one Juniper & Gin a few sales ago and I haven't lit it because I don't like the smell cold :( Agree with you about Pink Watermelon!! Theres an OFF Note on there that makes it NOT Good!! Reminds me of that "Fresh Air" note in that Bodycare Pink Berry Clouds or Whatever its Called. It is a re-package of Boardwalk Taffy but with that nasty fresh air note!

It's only recommended there to be that early, if you're like really hardcore about BBW candles and don't want to risk any chance of a particular candle selling out. If you're more of a casual consumer and not looking for a specific Candle Day-exclusive candle, then you should be totally fine with whatever selection they have in the afternoon!

Yes, they do process exchanges on Candle Day. So if you buy one candle at one store and decide you don't want it anymore at the next store, you should be able to swap it out. But keep in mind the new exchange policy does cap/limit the amount you can exchange in a certain time frame.

Golden Pineapple Luau was super juicy! Technically, Aloha Kiwi Passionfruit has "juicy pineapple" as a note in it, so you might want to check out the "Aloha Kiwi Passionfruit + Tiki Beach" mashup, although it definitely won't be a standalone pineapple candle with all the other notes mixed in.

I talk about this in my next video! But, they usually don't put the later waves of candles online until after Candle Day is over, at full-price. Some of the more spring-like candles have actually surfaced much later in the past as well. They eventually do go on sale later in the month when they're back to their normal promotional schedule. The benefit of doing the waves in the store is to get them at $9.95 and faster than waiting online. But obviously everyone has different priorities in life, so whatever route one wants to take!

They actually did indeed remanufacture that nasty scent LOL. I checked the batch codes on my original one compared to the new ones I saw in my store last night. They were poured 83 days apart. The original batch was poured July 29, the Candle Day batch was poured October 20th!
