The snake is just hot glued on so you can pry it off or warm up the glue and take it off that way. The lid is gorgeous without the ugly snake on top 😂

If you take a hair dryer to the top of the lid, it loosens the adhesive and you can pop off the snake on top of Wicked Vanilla Woods!! It took a little prying but mine came off!!!

Thanks for sharing. 🍂I’m enjoying the spices blend in Cozy Sunday Night, as well as Pumpkin Vanilla Crème. Finished a Farmhouse Pumpkin & Spice (great spices, murky burn). Saving Fall favorites Cranberry Woods and Harvest Gathering for less than 90 degree weather. Picked up The Perfect Autumn this year for the cranberry note. There are several good BBW Autumn spices 3 wicks this year. BBW’s Cinnamon Stick single wick is a good one for Fall & Winter. Enjoy! R🍁

Hi Melanie! I got the single wick Wicked Vanilla Woods a while ago and only recently used it under my candle lamp. Wow! I love it! I went back and bought two more. I did try burning one single wick and it just performs so much better under the lamp. Thank you for your thoughtful and honest reviews as always!

I am not a caramel fan and have a few of BBW's like that in the caramel apple dept I skipped the one you are returning but it was intriguing with the green apple note . Oh and Cozy Sunday Night is so good it was a stand out last year for me glad it came back !! Hope you enjoy it .

BBW needs to do a better job of shipping. So many people are getting broken candles. They would save money if they would package their orders properly. Target puts anything liquid in a clear plastic bag and zip ties them. BBW should do the same thing and use more bubble wrap.

I'm with you on re-releasing Roasted Pumpkin Butter. That was when I learned my hard lesson on always buying a backup LOL! Also, why won't BBW bring back vanilla pumpkin marshmallow in the 3-wick? Only single wick...boo. Pumpkin Cinnamon Bun is better than Pumpkin Donut Shop IMHO.

Wow, great ideas on the snake lid. I love the candle and the jar so I am going to try to remove the snake. What a good idea. I know people bought it for the snake lid before they went on sale but pretty sure all of us buying the 12.95 was for the candle. Wicked vanilla woods smalls amazing.

I know how can they skip Autumn ?! like seriously BBW thank goodness I have one in my stash! Pumpkin Apple is still my fave for Fall . I complain about constant repackages but those two should be staples always . BBW has alot of great scents but they need to pick it up in the newness department . I just ordered 10 from Goose Creek because BBW is boring me after so many years . I will burn my faves from them but just want to try some new scents. Hope that goes well .. Love your videos !!

Awesome! Im glad you finally got wicked vanilla woods! Its light on cold and especially ordering it through shipping so it's sent with the lid off its hard to distinguish the scent at first. I did get 3 🤭 i don't like the lid either. Honestly they're just gaudy to me. Im going to give the lids away too. Im glad you pick up a resemblance as well, its always hard to say because noses range so much.. like donut shop im obsessed with, like full on. It smells exactly like a Krispy kreme shop to me. I dont get pumpkin or spice but just a really good basic glazed donut from it. And im taking my fall cider back as well but not because of caramel 😭 i would have been happy with that. It weirdly smells so much like latex and keyboard duster to me.. i cant pick up on anything autumnal. Its just green apple and chemicals of some kind. Thought it could be a batch thing but every store in my area all smell the same. It's just my nose thats being dumb. 🤦🏻‍♀️

I am the same way and my husband always says I’m ridiculous. I swear when I see a snake I just lose consciousness just a little bit and fear takes over my whole being. I don’t know how else to describe it and I wish I wasn’t like this, but it’s just my natural reaction….😢

Agree wholeheartedly about packaging. So MANY candles broken in shipping. When I pick up the box & can hear glass rattling around inside I know it'll be an outside box opening. I have made the decision to no longer order candles online. And so many times I have had leaking soap bottles inside as well. 😥

Hi Melanie! *What a missed opportunity;* I was also HOPING for "Roasted Pumpkin Butter." Bought 3 Pumpkin Nut Butter, and have burned one a few hours. I heard similar to Cinnamon Pumpkin and/or Pumpkin Carving. Well, after a few hours I'm getting "spicy dirty socks" LOL *The other 2 are going back.* FYI, on instagram someone was showing how you could pry the snake off the Vanilla lid! Both my Apple Crisp & Fall Apple Cider were very light. Bummer. REally enjoy Cozy Sunday Night in the evenings, sort of both gourmand and meditative.... Bought this last season too. Autumn Chai good this year. THANKS for the video as always! Enjoyed! ;-))

I'm getting spicy, creamy & maybe a tad salty. It isn't bad, I think it's just not what I was expecting! Still not sure if I'll keep the other two. I'll be interested to see what you think. *Enjoyed the Decorate Series!* ;-))

The apple cider one smelled like a crisper caramel apple scent to me when I burned it. I liked it but if you don’t like caramel apple scents then I’d exchange it.

As the cat mom of a tortoiseshell cat I really liked that tortoiseshell soap pump but I'm not a foaming soap lover. I wish they would offer gel refills/soap pumps. I am also mad Autumn didn't return. First they quietly got rid of it in wallflowers and now the candle as well. :( I did a pre order on vendor wax that people compare to Autumn so I'm hoping that will help and also scentsy's Autumn Road Trip is like 90+% Autumn to my nose.

My thoughts on Pumpkin Nut Butter and Pumpkin Donut Shop are the same as yours. I’m not crazy about Pumpkin Donut Shop. It smells like bread, not a donut, similar to French Baguette. I think Fall Apple Cider is a repack of Caramel Apple. It’s like caramel with a strong woody note to my nose. And I do get some apple. But I’m not crazy about it. Apple Crisp is strong and delicious. You’ll probably want to exchange for more of that one. The Pumpkin Spiced Latte candle is a repack of Sweet Tiramisu. So you’re right that it has coffee and chocolate undertones. And maybe some cinnamon, but I get no pumpkin, as with most BBW “pumpkin” candles.

I stopped using the BBW wallflowers years ago as I couldn't get them to perform for me after only a few days of use. I am however now testing out the Pura system. More to come on that!

We live in an area where there are snakes. Due to settling our screen door has a small gap. ( It Did) I open the front door to go get the mail. At face level there is a snake.I screamed. Slammed the door and called my husband. I said come home now. He doesn't work far. He came home and got it out. We got a new screen door. I am still traumatized every time I open the door. If you tell customer service they will send you a new hand soap refill and you won’t have to return the leaked one. I know because I’ve had hand soaps arrive damaged in shipping and did the same. Don’t you just love their shipping?😒 I wish they didn’t have those online exclusives that have to be bought with shipping. Roasted Pumpkin Butter was good. I was hoping Apple Crisp would be a repackage of Apple Crumble, but it’s not. There’s so many great oldies that would sell very well for them if they brought them back. Sometimes I wonder if the fragrance oils aren’t available anymore and that’s why they don’t.

I was told by a store employee that they have nothing to do with the online purchases, that they were separate part of the company, so I do not know if they can help you with your soap replacement. Please let us know what happens. You will probably have to call customer service and they will send you a replacement. Good luck !

Melanie, great video. Pumpkin Donut I found to be far better when burned, I too did not care for it on cold. I wanted to comment on your damaged, leaked product. BBW is so good at resending not only the product that leaked but also on anything else that was affected in the shipment box from the leak. This is where BBW shines, their customer service is superb, and they resolve any problems whether they are responsible or not. I actually had a recent shipment where UPS left my shipment at another address and the wrong recipient actually burned one of the candles (wife thought husband had ordered) and BBW shipped the replacement candle without me even asking them to. I was simply going to reorder and ask if they would waive shipping and they instead sent a replacement candle and covered everything. I also purchase Kringle and Homeworx candles and both I have had recent orders with. The Kringle order took 16 days to even ship and they never responded to my email or contact option via their website. Homeworx also was late shipping last month on an order which took forever. In fact, I thought perhaps my order fell from a shipping queue. They too never responded to my email but must have taken action on the missed shipment because it then shipped out. The fact that there is no way to speak with anyone with Kringle or Homeworx since there is no phone contact leaves the customer to try and address problems via an email, which may or may not be responded to. On another note, could the Pumpkin Nut Butter be Pumpkin Vanilla Creme with nut added. I was thinking this when I ordered it but have not smelled it on cold as of yet. About the glass foaming dispensers, I returned the unused gray ones because the tops were so messy looking seeing the soap mess through the cap. Not a problem on some of the darker tops, but BBW should have used a higher quality top for $20.

Agree, my Kringle hasn't been shipping for 2 WEEKS after order. Wonder if they need extra help during the holidays? I did send an email, and they emailed back that they had a lot of orders and we're really busy. ok. Their msg. sort of had an uppity overtone. Surprised by that..... Maybe they're just inundated with messages asking when their orders are going to ship. ? Jamie, the "packager" is always lovely with added notes on orders!

Kringle is super behind. I think that clearance sale with several releases that followed really did them in. They do have a very small shipping team. I hope they increase the time between releases to avoid this in the future.

I’m convinced they can’t bring back a lot of the oldies because of scent regulations. They are constantly banning ingredients (in perfume too) and they have to reformulate.
