Resellers are everywhere! I used to work at a Coach store for 4 years and they always cleared the shelves. We worked closely with an investigator to monitor them and limit their purchases 🤪. Pretty crazy.

That’s exactly what I’m thinking. You can resell that’s fine but when you literally take everything they have on the shelves and you sell it for a ton of money, that’s messed up. Regular people don’t even get a chance.

The resellers buy everything on sale and sell it for a higher price. You go to the store and can't buy your favorite items on sale. You purchase from the reseller because you couldn't find in store what they cleared out. Ultimately, paying a higher price.

Wow! That's intense. All the empty shelves. I wonder how this gets resolved. I saw it happen for the first time around 2 weeks ago. A pair of men with BAGS clearing the 75% off section as well. I asked staff about it because a couple were helping them. It was a weekend also. Such an unkind thing to do. Sorry, but that behavior really makes me commit to not buy from resellers. There is a better way to get inventory than clearing shelves like that.

I can't stand people like that she's probably one of the resellers that charge 2 to 3x the amount too. I went to the store the day of or the day after that they finally put everything 75 percent off including the love always wins stuff. They had 8 3 wicks in the love always wins candles and I was going to get all 8 because I love the packaging on it and it's such a great deal but I ended taking six so I left 2 so someone else could could get 1 or both at least. I didn't buy them to resell either. I did end up selling one though and I sold it for ten dollars along with a candle holder for 10 dollars as well. I figured I was still passing on a good price and making a few bucks. I just hate when people buy it out with intentions of selling them for ridiculous prices. Don't get me wrong I'm not against reselling but I am against reselling for outrageous prices

I used to work at Victoria’s Secret and we would witness people clearing the shelves. My supervisor would not place more items back until they leave but it was something they can’t really control. Some sellers would sell them internationally too and charge for more

I’ve been selling on mercari for a few years with mostly success. I tend to do “bundles” at reasonable prices, Other people straight up want a lot of $ for one item plus they want you to pay shipping which I get, but can get pricey. The fees have gone up and shipping prices too, thanks to people like that lady probably 😂 TFS I cant wait for Halloween 🎃 and Fall 🍂

I get that u cant knock the hussle, BUT this is sickening. I saw a reseller in my county at 2 of my stores in a one-week period. One store she was wheeling out all 13-14? of the jumbo bags on a metal cart & the 2nd store, she had 13+ bags filled with all the 75% bodyCare, & more all across the counter being scanned. Saw same lady at winter SAS, same cart, same bullship. People in line were pissed. I politely asked her " Are any of those for gifts?" & she laughed & said "No, I'm selling it all " My SA was so sweet & set aside ONE shower gel &:2 creams for me because I called ahead- while the lady was busy bear hugging & swiping everything in sight. Wasnt jelly of all the bodycare, but sure was jealous of that Mercedes😉

Girl you be surprised sometimes is just for them if you collect all the stuff you gotten from sas to beginning to end is close to that for many people and not resales but sometimes people are in denial about it reason why always check on stash before on sas things do expire and people change the nose scents preferences by season as well you get burned by a fragrance by using it to much meaning that you start to dislike for using it to much so reason people have collected many and rotate them not really caring as much of packaging to some as long as the scent is high note.

Hi Cynthia- I went to one of my stores the first day of SAS (but not at opening time because I went to the mall store first) looking for Dark Kiss body wash. They didn't have any either but they also only had a few DK at all. A couple days later I went back to that store just to look around & they had about 8 DK body washes- I think I grabbed 4 of them. I remarked to the SA that I was happy they got some more in & she told me that someone had come in the first day at opening & wiped them out of DK- spending over $1000. They had found one more box that day so I was SUPER lucky to get what I got. I don't like that people do this but I guess it's something we can't control! I refuse to buy anything like this off Mercari or Poshmark- it's only if I want something really rare that hasn't come out recently......& I'm not even going to do that anymore! lol TFS this craziness!

Not sure if they'll become favorites but I definitely plan to pick them up when I recover from SAS. My store didn't have anything fall yet but I'm hoping to smell those soon. I witnessed 2 resellers 2 weeks ago, what those men bought miss lady didn't even have 20%of what they purchased smh... literally over 4 grand spent while I was waiting in line. Don't know what the final price was. They had to keep breaking their purchase up at every 250 items. I just thgt it was selfish on their behalf and whoever else that does it.

I’m also into planning, and people will do the same with planner related items, and it makes me so frustrated, and maybe not even that I missed something limited, but that I than see it on marketplace for 10x the price. I think this is why I over purchased this SAS, bc resellers were wiping out whole collections in my area. I bought multiple backups of everything I thought I wanted (Cotton Candy, BW Taffy, Dark Kiss, Bake Shop, Confetti Cake Pop, Margarita Cupcake) so I wouldn’t have to compete with resellers. I think I spent like 750 but ya know what? If I resell any of my stuff it will be bc I overpurchased. & I’d sell my stuff for a fair price.

I ended up getting 2 crisp morning air room sprays and 1 vampire blood room spray. I have been wanting crisp morning air in a candle or room spray forever and I finally got it in room spray and the reason I really wanted it is because I absolutely loved it in the pocketbac because it was so refreshing and clean smelling. Well unfortunately the room spray smells nothing like the pocketbacs I have in that scent. The room spray smells like a mens cologne and is very strong. It doesn't stink but it's not what I was thinking it'd be and its not my cup of tea. So idk if I'm going to keep them or exchange them since I paid the 3 for 20 price. I really hate exchanging things so idk.
