When we are having a bad day, something hasn't gone right , something has upset you or pissed you off..... STOP !!!!! Give yourself 5 and watch this or remember this. I'm a Vet 2x Iraq, 1x Afghan, I'm a Prison Officer over here and last year was my 16th year of walking most of Britain's worst and most dangerous Prisons and people. Inbetween I work with my best friends Close Protection Company and 2 days ago just got back from the Ukraine working a job for my friends company. We got ambushed by Russian " Death Squad" . Can't say anymore, but we are safe the one thing I will say and needs to be said, this video and The Hero Markus and his words need to not only be heard but taken in when you here them. Military , Police, Prisons, Bodyguards, Security etc etc the training we recieve is good and is life saving at times, many times, BUT,its only 50% of the story. The other 50% is You, us, them. The training that many of the " Trainers/Tutors can't show you or tell you ! When I joined HMP ( Her Majesty's Prison Service), my Mentor had 40 years service in. All as front line on the Wings Officer , you can't buy that anymore, he said 2 things to me which always have stuck.... 1, You will always meet in life , somewhere, someday , somehow the person that has said they've done it all, they've seen everything, you can't teach me anything that I already dont know, in a nutshell the idiot that is power driven that thinks they are better than everyone else and thinks the world Owes them something , which never has a more true word been said. 2, This job ( Prisons) really requires nad made up of 2 things ... its 90% common sense and 10% backbone.... if you can stand in front of a Convict that is 6ft tall by 6ft wide and say " No" then you will be fine. Experience is one hell of a thing to find nowadays with all the P.C brigade being around and you can't fast without it being filmed and plastered across social media !!! Anyway seing Markus saying and doing what he did, is nothing short of Heroic and this is inside you somewhere ,deep deep down. Please all stay safe, healthy to. Regards

That IS what Im talking about!! When shit goes sideways, it is time to go to work!! God, I fucking miss my Marines! I know I would never have the fucking stamina to make it through Buds! I know i had it when I needed it, when the plan falls apart or the enemy decides it is time to use their vote and fuck your shit up. As a squad that lived together and lived everyday for the most we could get out of it, we were a family that nothing short of death could tear us apart! I mean when we came back after the original invasion of Iraq, we were so damn close we were introducing wives and girlfriends and swapping if the ladies were up for it. But man, some of shit we had to do just to get a morose mother fucker to laugh went so far beyond social extremes, that a few of us would be stuck in padded rooms for many years if found out. But its what we had to do to keep our heads out of what we were having to constantly do! It was a different war in 06-07 when I was back for my second tour in IQ compared to the initial invaasion. We did not know who was or was not our enemy on my 2nd tour. So you start seeing EVERYBODY as the enemy or ties to the enemy. You can not understand just what these guys do without attempting to do it yourself! The Seals, Delta, 75th Rngrs, they are all Special, but they take what they do to a level that is superhuman!! Ive had Marines, hard chargin, gunslinging fucking killers that when we field day or spotlessly clean our barraks room have seen many many times snapping and whipping mops around practicing hand to hand combat strikes involved with throwing punches and grappling and using your body to add extra ummpf into a strike. Because lil bit extra just might end up being the difference between your brother going home vertically or horizontally!! That is dedication. Imagine that level of dedication times 15 or 20 plus times! That what Tier One Operators decide is the way of life they want and they fucking make it happen! It is nearly impossible to do what they do at the levels they do it at and the lengths they maintain said levels!!! Most are arrogant and seem obnoxious or have an air of superiority about them. That is because they are that damn good at what they do!! As a Marine, I arrogance and reputation and why tradition breeds better Warriors. It is because we come from a long line of hardass, no quit mofos that when it was said it cant be done, a Marine somewhere said bullshit! We have a serious reputation to maintain and by god we maintain that shit! That is why Marines generally out fight and out kill Army Infantry units when they are compared. The Seals and SF take that same approach!! It fucking works! I miss it!
