Do you have to put a top coat of paint over the mold primer?

I think you should paint it! If left unpainted primer may flake or get dirty easily since it doesnt have paints quality!

Does that solution kill mycotoxins? It would need an emulsifier like dish soap. Bleach does not kill mycotoxins.
