Thank you, great video. I had done the same thing 5 years ago. Kraus was great and they sent me the cartridges (I ordered 2) and tool. Just last night the other sink went down (so I'm glad I ordered 2!). I didn't exactly remember how I changed it out last time so I found this video. Thank you for the great refresher!

Sorry I do not. I only kept the packing list for the Decorative Ring/ O ring seal. KP 07059-SN and Lever SN Kp07057-SN The phone number for Kraus is 800-775-0703. They also sent the tool to remove the inner nut. That is how you get the cartridge out. If you can't get that nut, it is also the same as a screw on shut off valve.

Thank you for posting the manufacturer, phone number, and part numbers! I have a faucet that looks like this but has no identifying marks. It has been dripping slowly for a couple years. It finally got to a fast drip and I had to take it apart. Now I have it disassembled, but no idea how to find the replacement valve stem. I’ll look into Krous.

Why did it have to be replaced? What was it doing?

My hot water tank is about 15 feet away. I think the hot water was to hot for the cartridge. It was hard to move the handle and the water would not turn all the way off. If you were in a hurry, you would come back home to a quick dripping faucet.
