I’m not sure I will stand in the jacuzzi but you can fix bathtub curtains there and you good to stand.

You can stand and shower but it's easy to slip and fall. They usually install a hand held shower which can be used even when in it. But people stand in it and bathe though... common in America. But not a good idea for old folks who can easily slip and fall I personally don't like it (although this is more of a bath tub than a jacuzzi).

I have the same thing, you can put non slip pad in it, hug your shower curtain and stand in it for your shower, no issues at all. Very common in the US
