hey, if you use the directionality of the disk light more than 0.45 it will burn your render, as shown when you made the exposure higher, and about adding the Reinhard light compression, when you have aces and you add the Reinhard it makes it dull. so, the problem is the first mistake, I mean too much directionality.

The basic rule of lighting design is that all lamps must have the same glow temperature. Recommended in the range from 3000 Kelvin to 5000.

Shadows depend on the number and properties of lights - this is physically correct. But if multiple shadows are not wanted, you can try to exclude the toilet from all lights, and illuminate it separately with one light source of large size, which will give soft shadows. But honestly this is a fake light, and I wouldn't recommend it

My renders too get layers of prominent shadows due to multiple light sources but i used to think something is wrong with the scene and my ies light isn’t the right one. Can we get softer shadows with the right ies file for surface light panel
