Yooooo Glenda!! I was gonna wait till final video to drop this but, too excited to wait... The cost breakdowns are one of my favorite things that ppl. add to videos. It helps the viewers have a real idea of what it costs to DIY something. With that being said, this would be a $22K to $35K remodel in my area of the US depending on quality of work & contrator chosen. Never give up, never surrender!! Hoping all is well, Dirty Jersey out!!!

Yes! I wish I would have don that for every video I created something! Someone suggested I make a video of before and afters of each space and how much it costs to do... which I 100% plan on doing! sheesh... just with how much this vanity is costing In materials makes me understand myself why they charge what they do... 😊

@Glenda Chavez there's a few furniture flipping channels that drop the breakdowns at the end. I REALLY enjoy that aspect of it. And.... I charge for EVERYTHING!! At 46 yrs. old every sec. I'm out of my house, away from my wife & dog I best be getting paid. NO more free estimates, 30% on materials & min. $100/hr. on most jobs. There's so much to be paid before ai put a single penny in my pocket that customers don't understand. Sorry... went off the rials a sec.🤣🙏. Of course! I am self taught! Ive researched using google, KZbin for basics , tried different techniques, tweaked them, ive only touched the surface, theres so many different joinery methods to use, more advanced ones that I hope to pick on in the future... I think it'd be nice to take an actual course when I get to have some time.... ❤️

I installed that same faucet it my kids bathroom and found it super hard to clean :( but maybe it will be better in black. I ended up putting in a single handle waterfall one and like it better. Love your videos! And the laundry chute is gonna be awesome! Great idea

Looks like you might be carrying a boy. They tend to lay like a basketball, so that you don't even look pregnant from the back. Girls tend to spread out, so that you look like you're being hugged by the baby. But that's what I've observed. But just as long as he/she is healthy. . . . . & as cute as you're manager.
