A white sofa would be great in the room, or beige. Same for the table. And may be some modern curtains, one or two in order to have a contrast with the textures. Love your videos 😊

On paint sprayers, if there’s any residue from the previous use on the inside of the nozzle it can throw off things. I use to run water through it at the end use then use a brass brush and pick to clean out the nozzle then soak them in alcohol or paint thinner.

Our den had gorgeous wood paneling but the room is so dark the only option was to paint it. It made a huge difference.

I have original wood tongue and groove paneling in my living room, large - all purpose room and hallway. It's never been painted, 1945 craftsman house. I rather like mine, you're right it is darker than most homes, but it doesn't bother me. I also have huge trees around my house, like you, I appreciate the shade in the summer here in Florida. Your room looks good and if you like it, that's what matters, it did brighten it up.

Love it! Your glass front cabinet is now a beautiful focal point whereas it used to fade into the wood wall. My whole house is painted white which brightens my house and allows me to use color in my decor. You are so creative and have a good eye for decorating. Your self-learned skills are amazing!
