This seems to take an awful long time to use!😯 The shampoo caps work FABULOUSLY when your not able to actually wash your hair! (found those when hospitalized. )

Hey just wanted you to know they do make a very small pocket size bottle which is like 1 point. Something ounces if you wanted to have a small one to keep in your pocketbook for travel. I have times that I can't get out of bed and so we were interested in this. And we got that small bottle as a test. This by the way. Let us to you showing how to use it. Thank you!

You should NEVER misuse dry shampoo, regardless of how amazing it is! Many people have praised dry shampoo for how great it is and what it can do for you, but no one has mentioned its drawbacks. Given that dry shampoo is designed to remove moisture and oils from your hair, it might cause breakage and result in overly dried hair. If your looking for an alternative I'd suggest using a spray bottle with a few droplets of apple cider vinegar mixed with water. Dry shampoo can block nutrients from getting to the hair follicle as it accumulates on the scalp. According to Reavey, overusing the product might cause follicular obstruction and scalp discomfort. "Over time, this can weaken the follicle, causing increased shedding and hair thinning," the expert claims. But keep in mind that every hair type is unique, so not everything will work for everyone. No matter how much you trust the reviewers, the final decision should always be yours and yours alone. When purchasing dry shampoo, you should consider both the benefits and drawbacks. I have a quick question from whoever use dry shampoo. I have never tried it, I have dandruff problem, does dry shampoo increases the chance of getting dandruff? if no, then which is best for dark(black) hair?

I don't have dandruff, so I can't really say, sorry! I think it might make it worse since it might dry out your scalp... hopefully someone else can share some insight!

i hate my hair because it's a kind of brown blonde and it gets greasy if i don't wash it for 24 hours. any amount of grease shows up. i'm too poor to afford dry shampoo constantly for emergency uses. However, for christmas, my god sister got me a travel size can of this dry shampoo, and right now my dad is in the hospital, and I wanted to test it out because i can't really shower. i'm excited to see if it works, and i might start saving up so i can keep a can regularly just in case i need it, depending on how this goes

Is there a visible residue that you find in your comb/brush after brushing it and does the scalp look clean afterwards?

Great questions! There is no residue but you can feel it in your hair with your fingers. Your scalp will feel less oily (so cleaner) but like you use a texture spray or something. It's not unnoticeable.

As far as comb/brush...this is my fave dry shampoo. Yes, you will see powder in your brush.....but I found it performed better than Not Your Mother's (Clean Freak), or Tresemme. Powder is much finer, absorbs oil better, AND less powder remained in my hair. Hair looks shiny rather than dull. 4 tips I have come to follow: 1. Use a brush that already has a bunch of hair needing to be cleaned out. That will catch a lot of the powder...so then when clean out the hair it will take a LOT of the powder with it. 2. If there is product build up already on the brush, the powder will stick to it like glue. Not pretty. 3. Use a brush you can actually WASH so you can get out any remaining powder that does stick. I usually just start with a fairly washable plastic-tipped blow dry brush for the initial removal. Then I move to denser "bristle" brush(es) with some hair accumulated (see #2) to get all of it out of my hair. If it is not a washable brush, rub together with another very STIFF bristle brush yo remove the powder. 4. No matter how well I think I've brushed out all the dry shampoi, I never wear dark clothes afterwards. Cuz, you know...! (On a side note...another reason I like Batiste is the powder is rice starch. Some are made with "aluminum starch". Dry Shampoo gets airborne--inevitable that some gets breathed in. Rice just seems a safer choice!)

Hello - so you would apply this just at the roots. Usually when people put oil in their hair it's just at the ends, so you could probably use both at once!

@@arieljade275 sorry jade but I think I would never use that stuff again It might be good for you but seriously it gave me terrible itching and I hated this. I threw the full bottle inside the trash bin just after the very first use. If you have very sensitive scalp and prone to dandruff, just stay away from it as it might exaggerate the problem.

They have a few different ones that have a different fragrance, so probably just the smell! I know they also make one for volume... and a few for different coloured hair so you don't get that white powder look.

drink more water, and eat more vegetables, and you'll sweat a lot less. water is the key though, and peeing, peeing helps, since sweat is basically pee, and vice versa haha

I'm sorry. So glad YOU and your commenters like it, but I just can't stand the smell (of ANY of them), and they all make my scalp itch. But, all dry shampoos are NOT created equal, and if you like it...fine. It's so inexpensive. I love Amika, Pantene, and Living Proof so far.
