Would’ve been great if WB added this as a special intro on the DVD and Bluray releases.

That really should be a bonus feature lol. Remaster the ads in 4K and everything with the option to play them before the movie. I've seen these ads so many times that it's weird to not hear the movie starting after them. I'm pretty sure I watched that VHS until it turned to dust..

1989 i was 10 years old my dad took me to see Batman in the theater, i remember this playing before the movie, the diet coke and bugs and daffy cartoon ad for warner bros, 29 years ago. brings back memories. That Christmas i got Batman everything, the movie on vhs, movie poster, hat, multiple shirts, toy utility belt that had a gun that shot rubber darts, toy Batmobile. It was my favorite Christmas ever.

@@The_Chameleon well lucky you I just wish I saw Batman 1989 and Superman 1978 in theaters. It’s a shame for Christopher Reeves accident we could’ve had a Batman vs Superman movie. with Michael Keith and Christopher Reeve and yes I would like if possible, Linda Carter as wonder woman

The movie isn't complete without this, just like how the original TMNT movie isn't complete without that Pizza Hut commercial before the movie.

One of the last major releases to feature the Warner communications byline as time Warner was born in 1990

Wow, this must have been one of the last times Mel Blanc voiced Bugs and Daffy, cause he died in 1989 (RIP). You can tell its him and not one of his later replacement voice actors because how deep-sounding Bugs and Daffy are due to Mel's age.

Well, there are a few instances where I think you can hear Jeff Bergman taking over.
@darthgoku903 жыл бұрын
@@JCBro-yg8vd You might be right. They're last lines about the 900 number there do seem to sound more high-pitched than earlier.
@dreamquesttv3 күн бұрын
Yeah you can DEFINITELY hear when the changes happen. This may have been Blanc's VERY last performance as these characters. 😢

1.50 for each minute added , funk that , I wouldn't pay that in 2016 let alone 1989

kind of insane that they charged $1.50 a minute in 1989 for people to give them free money for advertising lol 😂 adjusting for inflation if these calls took, say, five minutes then that’s like charging people an extra $20 for the privilege of buying some merch! but yes 90s kid here the nostalgia is undeniable don’t get me wrong
