We still had the 2nd version of this ride in Australia up until last year I think, at Movie World. I'm going tomorrow only to find this out now, quite sad. I remember going on the original when I was 12 or something, fantastic experience.

This ride scared me SO badly when I was about 7 or 8. I was such a wimp then, even a Merry-Go-Round was a bit too hardcore for me. I'd like to go back in time and kick my own ass haha.

thats good, but this ride has been closed for quite some time yet. It is very sad, I LOVE THIS RIDE!!!

@neelycgilbertson Someone has got to dig up the original Gold Coast ride video one day... I think Keaton voiced that one. I've only been on "Batman Adventure: The Ride 2", and I'm a little sad that one has now also been replaced.

@@colliric I too until today thought it was Michael Keaton in the original bat ride on the Gold Coast lol. He’s my favorite Batman too lol

Keaton wasn’t in it but Michael Gough was Alfred in the original version. They then redid it with another guy playing the role (I think they said it was Alfred’s nephew or something), and then the one based on the animated version, with a bunch of the voice cast from that.
