Joker, Deathstroke and Scarecrow seem to hold the most respect towards batman out of everyone. Joker accepted the fact he was beaten and finally put to rest, but wouldn't accept batmans death. Deathstroke questions whether or not it was a valiant fight or not And Scarecrow puts Batman at ease.
