I doubt it will come to the console, the devs created it to be for VR or rather for the Quest and I'm pretty sure it will stay there. They may branch to other VR systems but not consoles.

The narrative did not disappoint in being an Arkham origins sequel. Well done stuff with my favorite Batman villain (scarecrow) before he puts on the mask, giving two face the respect he’s deserved in the Arkham series, great development from Batman that reminded me of darwyn cooke’s “ego”, and the twist of Joe chill blew my mind! Even the small stuff with the ventriloquist plays out exactly like his origin by Alan grant & norm breyfogle, it shows the team’s love of the comic & Arkham lore. I just wish it was a normal Arkham game so I can play it.🙃

Reinforces the tragedy, as Harvey suffered horrible abuse from his father, and now has another personality that is largely influenced by Mr. Dent - the aggression, spite, hatred, and lack of compassion, as well as using the coin to dictate decisions. Abuse leaves trauma, yet now his will be endless as long as he lives.

Tara Strong plays Dr Quinzel better than she is playing Harley Quinn. But to be serious, her performance combined with animations which I assume was also motion captured by Tara Strong really makes dr quinzel a fantastic character for me to watch! Does anyone else agree?

This is actually super cool. I'm glad it fits into the Arkham series perfectly, like it's nice to actually see Brendan or whatever his name was, the crooked head of the SWAT team in Origins, and to see some cool characters who never got any on screen time in the old series. Not to mention, it's really cool to see pre-change Harley, you can see the stuff pent up in her, but it hasn't exploded out yet. And finally, it's great to see Two-Face getting the spotlight he deserved. He's a cameo at best in Arkham City and a background character in Arkham Knight. I thought it was strange that Penguin got so much play in both Origins AND City, while Two-Face gets almost nothing.

One thing I like about some media incarnations of Harleen Quinzel is how Harley Quinn was always there under the surface waiting to bust out. Joker's influence was the key that opened the door. But it's possible that without a Joker, Harleen could have been Harley in a different way. Imagine a coworker or boss, not unlike Crane, pushed her buttons one too many times and she finally snapped at work, jamming a pen into his throat. Or a common Gotham thug assaulted her at her car, demanding her keys money, but she pulls a bat out of her trunk and goes wild. Maybe the right or wrong influence could have even made her a twisted vigilante who Batman partners with or has to stop!

Even though people were upset about it being VR, you have to admit that it's nice to have the experience of being Batman instead of controlling a doll. And from what I've heard, they're doing a remake, I don't know which Arkham, but I hope it's good and doesn't lead back to SSKTJL.

@@hduhr-go7zq Agreed, nothing against Roger Craig Smith as I liked him as Chris Redfield in Resident Evil however I don't like his portrayal as Batman in the Arkham Games. His Batman gives me Frank Miller's version which I'm not a fan of (it never feels like Batman when actors portray him this way), I prefer they got Troy Baker or even Jason O'Mara from DCAMU (this guy is my favorite voice for Batman since Kevin). Kevin Conroy's Batman was more Dennis O'Neil which is my favorite version of the character.

I just hate the fact we’re still getting more Tara Strong as Harley. Not only is she a Zionist and racist, but she’s just not a good VA or if she was, she isn’t anymore. I would much prefer Laura Post, Hynden Walch, Kira Buckland, Cassandra Lee Morris, and Kari Wahlgren as the new Harley Quinn or heck I’d settle for someone who hasn’t done the role before like Erika Harlacher or Monica Rial.
