Freeze isn't disabled. He needs to keep cool in order to survive. The suit regulates his body temperature and doubles as a suit of armor. He doesn't need it to walk, or anything.

Usually I don't like forced Stealth parts on ANY game, but this Boss Battle is an exception. The amount of different takedowns you can use on Mr. Freeze is absolutely insane: Windows, electricity, disruptor, gliding, air vents, explosive gel, attacks from behind, etc... It adds too much on the gameplay. I still prefer a toe-to-toe Boss Fight, but I also love this Stealthy one. Great game, great Boss Battle!
