He's the voice of Batman. He's not just the cartoon voice of Batman, but the voice of Batman. I get that he didn't play Batman for any live-action adaption of the character, but what you need to get, is that as great as Christian Bale, and the others were, at playing the role of Batman; none of them had Batman's voice, and Batman's voice is Kevin Conroy's voice. I've been a huge Batman fan for years. Batman the Animated Series was a break though series. It took on the serious mantle from the 89 Batman Keaton movie. RIP Kevin Conroy. The only man to voice The Batman.

If I had to guess, Clips are from HBO Max and I can't really guess the editing software since many can have similar quality. I'd just take this with a few grains of salt since I could be wrong.
