4:31 That would be Onomatopeia, a villain that, as the name states, involved a lot of pronouncing sounds effects when murdering his victims. He litteraly says "blam" or "bang" when he shoots a gun or the sound when he stabs someone.

He’s actually quite a prolific serial killer managing to kill several non superpowered heroes and even getting close to killing Batman and Green Arrow on a few occasions. Im very excited to see how they do him in this series.
