That’s understandable Batman Tommy Oliver a.k.a. the green ranger was a great part of the Power Ranger years. If his dagger or power coin filling to the wrong hands, like Waller, Luther, or Darkside, even star labs could do such terrible things with it. However, Lord Drakkon is another thing if he does sides to go to planet apocalypse to overthrow the Darkside, who knows what he can accomplish. Especially with any of the lantern cores. However, dark side might want to tap in to the morphing grid to try to find the anti-life equation. Batman‘s next contingency plan should be about the Herculoids contingency plan code: all strong all brave.

The only viable strategy I can think of would be to somehow damage his morpher. He's still a great martial artist, but his Ranger state will be in flux, making him more vulnerable to attack. If he busts out a zord, then I'm not sure how to handle that.

One thing that has been stated by Canon of mighty Morphin Power Rangers movie and reaffirmed by once and always is that once you're able to connect with the coin You then have the ability to fight the putties. We know this by Min, Trini's Daughter, She tried to fight the putties but was unable to do any damage even though she went through the same training that Trini did in the first place. Martial arts wise anyway

while true, you also need to keep in mind that tommy did hold his own against a group of putties before he was linked to a power coin. rita sent a group of them to test him and he was able to handle them as easily as the already enhanced base rangers this was the final decision that made her pick him as if he could do that with no power whatsoever he'd be unstoppable once linked.

I hate Tommy for stealing the spotlight so much. His Green and White counterparts had limited involvement with their respective teams due to various conditions. Tommy was lauded for being on the team in MMPR S1, but couldn't keep up later in the season.
