I was thinking the same. That term is being used loosely. Costume/set costume designing is his profession. Also, he said we so I assume him/his team worked on this high quility movie ready outfit. I look at cosplay as an non professional who has taken on costuming as a hobby. Usually for cons. But that's just me. Either way amazing!
