He has plasma repulsors (cutters with the function of firing an excess of plasma), an exoskeleton, a steel body, a flamethrower and an electric whip. I don't know if the blaster dude's set up would really look perfect in a movie - and they had *made* real Iron Man _suits,_ but RDJ refused to wear them, so they just stopped trying. He wears about 3 iirc inbetween the first two Iron Mans, the most elaborate one he ever wore seems to be in the IM2 scene where he gets wasted at a party, just before he gets into a fight with Rhodes.
