That was hands down one of the best interpretations of Batman I’ve ever seen. We get to see him kick ass, be a master detective, have the weight of his past bear down on him, have the no kill rule be a serious part of his character, and most importantly have him set up a elaborate plan just to mess with joker lmao. I'd have to disagree as while the fan film is super impressive and Porter is great in the role of Bruce/Batman, there are many flaws with Bruce's character. The largest of these flaw IMO was the choice to use Bruce's reasoning from UTRH as to why he doesn't kill which is what I consider that story's biggest flaw. The reason Bruce doesn't kill is because he believes that all human life is sacred, even The Joker's. Tbh, the idea that Bruce would never be able to stop killing if he were to take even just one life shows a complete lack of understanding towards the character.

Kevin Porter has the voice and at 6ft 5 has the imposing physicality when mixed with that kick ass bat suit. If you want to see him play as Bruce Wayne then check out another fan made film titled "Truth of the Mask" which i think had the same writers as this one. Kevin also played him in a verses video entitled Batman v Darth Vader.

Dialogue had a few cringy moments but the dialogue also showed of both characters identities pretty well. Every one has their opinions. Ow also the custumes and set place was terrific.

Kevin Porter has been playing Batman for years and legitimately feels like a straight out of the comics version of the character. He is absolutely imposing as the character. Riddle of the Mask is great, and it's follow up, Truth of the Mask is one of the best portrayals of Bruce Wayne/Batman without the cowl since the dinner party scene in Batman Begins.

It just looks like a CW version of Batman and if that makes you happy you deserve whatever it becomes. And yes, Robert Pattinson can be intimitading if he wants to be, just cause he's cast in many Romantic movies doesn't mean he can't be intimitading, have you seen the Lighthouse? He was brilliant in that, and many other movies. He's gonna kill it as Batman, I'm sure of it. If that Trailer didn't convice you, I don't know what will. This is what happens when you take a long term IP and let FANS run with it. You can always tell who the fans are, because they own every scene they're in with actors for whom it is just a job. But when everyone is a believer, that effect is so magnified that you're instantly submerged in it. The only criticism I can make is that while Porter makes an utterly amazing Batman, I'm not sure how he'd do as Bruce- but I'd 100% give him the chance. And Madsen's Bullock is instantly believable. Also, the idea for the Bat-Cat bottle scene- that would be amazing live action with this team.
