REALLY hope Matt Reeves takes inspiration from this storyline for his film, as what has been revealed about it feels very much in line with what was done here. Also, it would be good to take elements from newer stories, like this, instead of once again taking inspiration from the great Long Halloween, which Nolan already took elements from. Fingers crossed

People are dumb. They are so in over their head with that nonsensical origin Nolan fed us with that they expect Bats to kick ass in his first night. Batman in all of his origin was insensitive, non calculative and driven by emotion in his couple of year, people. The origin where he was trained by Ra's and beat a gang of armed smuggler singlehandedly was crap.

Superman has a super mind, most probably the speed of the flash. Thats why he is so smart. This batman is probably year 1. Inexperienced, not as strong, not as smart and is yet to face some of his darkest villains, including the joker.
