hamanu666 I agree. We are so used to seeing the Green Lanterns at the hight of their power, only for them to be beaten by various powers or situations. Now we see them at their lowest and as they see legends reborn. Very exciting!

They're only screwing it up so far because WB want to cram so much into a single movie, without slowly building up a compelling universe. The reason Wonder Woman did so well was because it was a story, rather than a crammed mess of stories and characters. If they take the slow and steady approach they will do wonders. This is why Aquaman and Shazam will probably do quite well.

this is the best hal Jordan story I've read. I mean seriously we had good green lantern stories and hal Jordan moments but this makes hal Jordan a really well develop character. he is all in the sense of the word brave but vulnerable. this story really like hal on the same level as John Stewart and Kyle Rayner. can't wait for more of the green lantern stories and possibilities of this world for green lantern

I really liked it - although I think I would have preferred if the woman he gave the ring to had shown some attribute earlier that explained his decision rather than him just giving it to some random.
