I like how much it looks like a cocky grin crosses batman's face when he suits up in AC. Come to think of it there's a few times where Batman looks like he's smiling in City. Specifically when he's beating up Hugo. It's like he's just as happy to be playing Arkham city as we are.

Juxtaposed to Knight where he looks more angry and stoic while suiting up. Whatever light heartedness he still had in City to be able to crack a smile while suiting up must have died by the time we see him in Knight. Always thought that was a cool, yet very minor thing.

Neat detail: The suit in Arkham Knight is the same armor he wore in the Dark Knight movie, but it has a different appearance. When Lucius is telling the description, it’s the exact same as the movie with the only exception being the Ejectable spikes in the gauntlets.

The titanium dipped tri-weave is the only commonality, no MR fluid or liquid armor layer. Also doesn't have the Kevlar or vulnerability to knives/gunfire as Lucius describes in the film. Id say that is a GIGANTIC reach to call them the same armor with different look.
