Hopefully the park will listen to the feedback regarding queue jumping, but whilst ive never been to any Spanish parks, ive certainly seen my fair share in UK parks, mainly Alton Towers. Its hugely frustrating, as is smoking and vaping in queues. Clearly, there must be CCTV cameras covering queue lines, so it would be really easy to do something about it. For whatever reason, parks and their staff just dont seem to want to

Totally agree with your views on the queue line dilemma. Really is a major negative point in your experience at a themepark. Wish I could say it was solely at Parque Warner but experienced the same at the Disney parks in Florida. The technology is there to stop queue jumping but the parks don't utilise it. Fingers crossed one day they will 🤞

Any park ive been to over the last few years has the exact same problems. At Knotts Berry Farm last month there were staff HELPING queue jumpers find their friends and telling other people to move aside. At SF Magic Mountain, they were letting people re-ride X2 with their mates on the next train because they asked nicely despite a 3 hour queue and 1 train ops. It's just entitlement with folk who think their need to be with their friends just takes pecedence over anyone else. Every park makes empty promises that they will eject queue jumpers from the park but it never happens. Even in the UK it happens its just people challenge it more. In places like Spain and California it seems it is just accepted. Best options are to just join them. Barge through then pretend tou dont speak Spanish or English if they do. Alternative is fast pass and do the Connor McGregor walk down the fast pass lane.

The issue with fast pass at Parque Warner is some of the entrances for it are half way through the main queues, so there’s still waiting to do 😞

@@yourexperienceguide Yeah that's true was there in September and had fast passes. Although we never experienced any issue with that, I did think it was odd to have the entrance part way through the queue which of course encourages people to push through to that point

Difficult to say, when I went in 2012/13/14 it was totally dead in July and August, but these days it's a lot busier. Last year we went in December and it was very quiet but that may be because it was chucking it down.

Park Asterix is my home park. I'm gonna test BGCE in August and I hope it will be better than Toutatis because I was pretty desappointed with Toutatis.

This month is usually one of the most complicated for the park because it receives a lot of high school visitors and end-of-year trips that seem to be wild, and if you add to that the high temperatures and the lack of shade from the outdoor lines... Disappointment is normal. We hope they take into account your opinions and that they can solve it soon.

The thing is, we didn’t expect the park to have walk on queues in the summer, but do expect parks to be run efficiently with good operations and be dedicated to giving guests a great day out.

I bloody hate queue jumping. Disneyland Paris is bad for it and it spoils the experience 🤬🤬🤬. Another one is we were in Rita’s queue and it broke down so we stayed put as we were near the front , problem was the ignorant arses who were vaping and smoking while we waited for at least half an hour 😭🤬😤🧱👍🏼

I have stopped a number of queue jumpers at Towers but it feels like a one man band.. They walk through so many people and they get to me with my ten year old. I am not small but I am ageing and get no back up by others. It is a losing battle unless the parks start issuing life time bans. This would be a deterrent. I have now decided to not bother due to the lack of support by others in the queue line. Over 40 years going to Towers and never queue jumped but people today think it is a right.

I think you are right about queue jumping in Spain and it's a shame. Nevertheless, you should consider that bad point on all your reviews. If you followed the news for instance about Uncharted in Port Aventura for normal customer since opening (breakdowns, 5 hours queue...etc) and not as influencer or youtuber invited the day before, your review there maybe would have been very different

The coaster looks great! It'll definitely attract more global guests, but as you say Warner Madrid runs the risk of getting a really bad reputation if they don't sort out the guest experience. Such a shame. I felt the same way when I visited PortAventura, I loved the coasters but the cattle pen lines and queue jumpers ruined it for me.

I agree, the queue jumping at PortAventura was bad before we went to PW. Even in our vlog people blatantly queue jumped us at times. PW especially need to sort it because this is a big chance for them to impress.

@@ballbagAs I’ve recently posted on Twitter, I like using fast pass at places I don’t go to often but I’d rather it wasn’t a thing and ride ops were trained to run the rides to their maximum capacity. Basically the Europa Park method.
