one rule of thumb.When just getting into a fighting game look at the characters on the cover.Most times those are the beginner characters.

Do you mean the weapon types like siphon etc or do you actually mean mods as in ap barrel and stuff?

Probably not, I've never really gone into details in regards to weapon mods. As for the weapon types, siphon, concussive etc, I may do a small video on them later. This of course may all be included should I get time to do weapon reviews :)
