Interesting that they used the Batman 89 Batmobile. Could they not get a working one from Batman and Robin? Or did people just prefer the 89 model?

They only made one functioning model of the 97 car. It's also why the infamous Taco Bell contest was a utter failure. They promised the winner the Batmobile, but because they only made one, the winner only had it for a day and couldn't drive it.

If George Clooney's Batman speaks in his normal voice, then he's not using disguises to protect his identity, which is not what Batman does. Baleman disguises his voice, like Batman would. So no, it isn't better. And this isn't Clooney.
