31 years later and ive finally seen how this game ends. The difficulty was outrageous. You had to be pixel perfect for every little thing or you was dead. Thanks for this, i always wondered what the game was like farther in and now i know.Thank you!

I'm one of those who played this game 30+years ago and never came close to beating it :) Insanely hard game, but strangely fascinating! Something not immediately apparent in the vid is how clunky the controls were, with half second delays on inputs, making this game even harder!

50 years of age and I consider beating this as a kid one of my lifes crowning achievements 😂 utterly insane how many hours I played this for.

Just echoing that this game was unreasonably hard. My monitor only did green and I'm now thinking that the colours are quite important.

So many memories ! This and Get Dexter were my faves. Both look so good.

I had this as a kid and never got very far. I remember cheating for infinite lives and playing for ages, getting totally lost until I died and got caught in an endless loop of falling and dying. For what seemed like hours I watched and hoped it would end and I could carry on playing. Don't think I ever touched the game again.

Same here, i spent many an hour playing this game.The difficulty was crazy! If you were a pixel wrong you're dead and talk about the layout being like a maze. However it was really addictive, as were many games from this era, something a lot of the modern games have lost. I always wondered how the game ended and what it was like farther into it and now i know. It was quite satisfying watching this long play, watching him play it without putting a foot wrong and knowing exactly where to go. I finally saw the end, yay! :D

Wow. Most if not all of those rooms were familiar, but I didn't manage to solve all the puzzles. Especially the part that was hidden and needed to be pushed out using that joker ball - that's incredible hard to find out! Thank you!

This game has a bit of sentimental value but it was a nightmare to play! The whole thing was too difficult.

I remember playing this game when I was only 9 years old and I remember mastering it too after several attempts and that was in the year 1990.

I was gutted to find out that the game ended once you'd collected all the Batmobile parts. I was expecting to go and save the Boy Wonder from the Joker's clutches

I was sooooooo happy when I finished it. Took a lot of memorizing and be able to move and make your call by the pixel.

You can say that again. The only thing this and Arkham asylum have in common is how addictive both games are, oh and how good they were for their time. Thanks for this, i always wondered what the ending was like. It was quite satisfying finally seeing it after 30 odd years.

I always found it strange how similar yet different this Batman game and NEXOR were. Came out the same year, but as far as I know there was no other link.

Had this as a kid, my dad finished it - i remember him waking me up at like midnight when i was 6 to show me the end! 😂 This game kinda creeped me out though. Not scary like Aliens 1986 was, but this and the follow-up (Head over Heels) were just weirdly creepy. Like why does Batman have doorways with teeth in the batcave?

Never even heard of this game before. Must say the graphics look rather impressive for their time. The game itself however seems to have very little to do with Batman at all and whoever thought those sounds would be a good idea deserved to be fired on the spot.
