Batman & Robin has such a powerful soundtrack. I loved the movie as a kid - I know it's a bad movie, however I would still watch it as it's hilariously entertaining. I'm glad it "killed" the franchise for a while - without it there would no Batman Begins.....

Having gone on a binge on the Shirley Walker Batman themes, someone recommended Elliot Goldenthal's work and I could only see unanimous praise for it. However, it is so hard to find his work on Batman Forever and Batman and Robin on any streaming platforms bar some decent quality stuff on KZbin. I was a bit bummed out but having experienced this situation with the ATLA soundtrack - which is finally getting CDQ releases I maintain hope we would get the full HQ version of Elliots work at some point in time. This only occurred a few weeks ago and I definitely didn't expect a solution this quickly in the form of your beautiful video! Thanks so much for uploading this - have no clue how the hell you found it but you deserve more views so this is the video that pops up when people like me want to listen to this underheard soundtrack which lives up to its hype. Goldenthal's theme is a brilliant mix of the BTAS and Burton themes and I can't imagine how different its status would be had the movies been even half successful.

First I thought this is a heavily edited / cut music from the separate channels of the bluray yet this is the real, full soundtrack. Beyond impressive. It's great that you managed to find high quality files and also big thanks for sharing with us.

The BEST version of the soundtrack. Instead of little pieces diced and spliced like the 2 Disc "complete" edition. This version has majority of those pieces put into full tracks that build a suite or theme each uniquely built which I feel channels more emotional connection and nostalgic resonance with the film. It's truly a shame they (WB) won't release this as a CD all its own. My constant played track is "Poison Ivy's Dance card" but than again the whole score is well made in this version

I read somewhere that the cancelled album had been leaked, so I looked it up and eventually found it! And yes, I hope they release the full soundtrack some day too! I put a download link in the video description by the way

There are certainly moments in here, but this feels way way blander than the Batman Forever score. All the highlights here are familiar revisits to Forever pieces, which were done better before. Batflight is a very interesting listen, perhaps this could be used to bridge the Bat Luge from Wayne Enterprises to the cave - into Two Face robbing the bank - in a chronological Batman Forever edit.
