Jason is hunted and captured by The Court of Owls who attach some sort of device to him which gives them control over him; then they send Jason to hunt for Batman. Somehow, Jason breaks their control and goes on an absolute rampage throughout Gotham killing many civilians, cops and even a few members of the Bat Family before his ultimate showdown with Batman.. Non canon of course..

One thing to remember is that most of the protagonists in Friday the Thirteenth are stupid. They constantly panic and do dumb stuff. During times where people used common sense, Jason was stopped pretty easily with conventional weapons. Any member of the Bat family can beat Jason due to their strategy and arsenal. The Bat family do have respect for people who have been through a lot, but Jason is no longer human. Comic history shows that because of that, they probably won't hesitate to kill him.

It would be a blast as an RPG game with each level being kinda like a Batman Episode with Batman going after a different Horror monster. For me, when Batman is around, you better pray he doesn't get to you first, given the fact that with enough preparation and time, you're pretty much screwed when the time comes to face him.
