The Metal Man Armor was probably inspired by Alloy in Batman: The Brave and the Bold. Which is great to see. Those are some massive Hammers of Justice. It may also take inspiration from the Justice League Combiner Robo that appeared in Dark Knights Metal. Lex Luthor's attempt at heroics may be an homage to the Reign of The Superman Story from 1933 by Jerry Siegel and Joe Schuster, which lead to Superman's creation. Which is an excellent Meta commentary, even if unintentional. Plus Reign of the Supermen has reached its 90th Anniversary this year. And poor Wally... Glad to hear the Titans are finally getting the respect they have earned in spades from the six decades they have been around. Also, poor Harley...

No way man. It's some kind fo gaslighting scheme or even meta histroy manipulation, making commentary on audience reaction to retcons. Though I like it too. It reminds me how Spider totems brought that series more intothe weirdo Stan Lee/Kirby tone their collaboration was known for, like Famtastic Four. I also like the addition to Venom's lore and how they kinda relfect each other, like Venom is omnipresent in time and Web is omnipresent in space. And it's worth mentioning, because USUALLY I'm with the pensive crowd who hates this stuff. But now it's starting to resemble the way silver age comics were reinvigorated in the bronze age, it's gaining some freedom like manga.

I think the way to shoot Wally West is simple - the shooter didn't know where he was, they knew where he was GOING TO BE. He couldn't run FROM the bullet because he was unknowingly running INTO THE BULLET. Also, just can't get over the fact that in the Batman/ Metal Men construct armor, Platinum, the female, is the codpiece..As Shakespeare would say - "There's a double meaning to that."

Yes, Wally can out run a bullet. With a head start. When the bullet has to travel to get to him. When he has TIME TO RUN. A barrel touches his back at the same time as the hammer falls, the bullet hits Wally before he can move. Then he's not outrunning it, he's adding to its velocity because it's already in his back. The bullet didn't come through him. It was still traveling through him. Learn physics, people.

First off, all Wally can do is phase his body so he isn't shot...secondly in the split second it touches his body he can move...I don't think you understand how fast he is. The only logical reason he could have gotten shot is it was someone he didn't expect so his guard was completely down or it's the same thing that happened to Orion and he was shot at a moment in time thus practically unavoidable. In the end it's just more garbage of killing off Wally. The only thing that looks promising is The batman joker story, the quality looks amazing. I hope they don't add some new crap and screw with lore, just do a good story. The newmazo also looks good.
