To be honest; for the actual Bats to start killing won't automatically turn him into The Batman Who Laughs - he'd be more of an amalgamation of his "original" pre-CCA roots - the original Batman envisioned by Bob Kane and Bill Finger that has more in common with The Shadow/The Punisher in that he uses guns and killed his enemies when needed: a literal dark pulp vigilante he was designed to be. At least that's my opinion; his "no kill" policy even on irredeemable foes isn't realistic, and has caused more harm than good as they rack up more bodycounts every time they break out. Their "justice system" is also mostly useless - people like the Joker should have been given the death penalty after their first mass murder. . Edit: The "closest realistic" Batman Bruce could likely be if he started offing his most dangerous foes would be Oliver Queen in the first few seasons of CW's Arrow. Amell's version of Green Arrow the first 3 seasons was basically Batman in all but name.

I actually didn't know there was a reason why they chose the Monarch Theater. That makes them seem too careless to bring their 8 year old child with them. My head canon has always been that since they are philanthropists they wanted to support the local businesses in Gotham. That's probably what Bruce always believed. But the multiverse is very big so the reasons can be different. I think Bruce believes they did it to support Gotham, but Alfred knows Thomas and Martha Wayne had too much ego at the same time.

I've always advocated for Batman to regularly wear a suit that covers his mouth. Something like the Batman Beyond suit but without the mouth (so like a combination of the Batman cowl and the a Black Panther mask). It's just so much more practical because he fights many villains that use gas attacks and poison. This video is a good example of a situation where a built-in respirator would've nullified the enemy's advantage. Other than taking away from the classic look, a full-face mask would just make Batman's life easier.

I’d say the new suit could be called the Warbringer or Wartime suit, given the fact it’s being used during the joker war. I get that’s not referred to in universe (I don’t think) but it’s like how other suits’ names are based on their books like Thrillkiller, Gaslight, 3000, Knightfall, Flashpoint, Earth 2 etc. Warbringer may seem a little violent for Batman though so wartime works too.

I'd call it the "Daylight armor" since the lighter blue coloring reminds me of the golden/silver age suit or whatever the era was where Batman had a light blue suit and would work with the police in the DAYLIGHT back when comics were lighter in tone and mostly campy. And I think this is what the suit is referencing too. This whole story arc is about Bruce trying to be a better Batman. Whoever made the suit, probably Alfred, probably made it for a time when Batman wouldn't have to worry about losing his loved ones, where the fate of Gotham didn't constantly hang in the balance from threats like the court of owls, the Batman who laughs, or Joker, and where Batman can have complete trust in the Gotham City Police (meaning when corrupt cops are booted from the department and systemic reforms are put in place). You know, a time when Batman can again step into the light.
