The Joker toxin is something that was underused in the movies. Only Jack Nicholson's Joker used it. The others are too bothered to make a realistic Joker. The Joker toxin and his gag weapons are symbols of the Joker. Heath Ledger and Joaquin did an amazing version of the Joker. But we need this OG Joker back in the movies.

The thing I hate about this, and most Batman stories, is where tf is Batman’s super powered friends? Flash and supes could easily take out every single gang member and put them into prison in literally a blink of an eye. I hate how writers act like Gotham is in a vacuum. Cool stories, but make zero sense in a world where Superman exists. And let’s be honest. He would never let his best friend Bruce, be put in this situation. Maybe in an alternate universe where supes doesn’t exist, but this just makes zero sense, in universe that is.

It's often meant to be assumed that these events happen in tandem or around the same time as those other characters dealing with their own problems of similar peril. That being said, I generally agree with and share in your gripe. There isn't even an attempt by anyone to reach out to those heroes or any sort of distress signal sent out to the *network of support* that they all helped set up for these specific situations. That ALSO being said, all of the cities with heroes in DC are fairly spaced out amongst the US, and it's difficult for any hero to just *be* ready to help with these problems when they probably don't hear about it simply given the proximity and aforementioned personal troubles they're more than likely dealing with. Sorry for the long winded reply. It's a very interesting topic to brainstorm!

Vinh Bảo Tbf Joker does visit the Court of Owls lair in the detective comics tie ins and brings Lincoln Marsh back to life so it could be said he got the reanimating chemical from them. As for Scarecrow his character needs to be who’ll reimagined to be interesting again. A shame cuz he’s a fan favorite villain
