I actually love the Bruce and Joker dynamic. It's such an interesting and different take on the two characters. Freeze is a nice surprise but I was expecting Deadshot

Lucius Fox dead, One-Eyed Alfred (depending on choices from the last season), Harley Quinn domineering over Joker, and Bruce Wayne's criminal parents. I almost feel like this season could end with the Flash popping up out of nowhere and telling Batman, "Sorry, Bruce. I screwed up the timeline."

I like how they've basically switched the roles of Harley and Joker (John), how instead of Harley idolizing Joker it's the other way around. I like this unique take on the two characters. It, technically, also provides some back story on why Joker might be abusive in future episodes when they finally do get together.

I don't know why everyone says this is a reversed jokerxharley relationship, joker used to hit and shout at harley when he was angry but at least he showed her his false "kindness" sometimes which made her go back to him. This Harley seems annoyed by his presence and obvious crush on her, and she doesn't bother to hide it, she's not even trying to manipulate him. I really hope John becomes the Joker because of Bruce, and not because of Harley, that would be stupid.
