BATMAN THE ANIMATED SERIES COLLECTION!

Hey Folk's..
Batman The Animated Series is by far my most prized collection i have. As collectors we go threw seasons of collecting where we might focus on different areas of our collections. During fall i may focus more on Halloween & Michael Myers. Some seasons i may be all about mezco figures. But one thing that i never stop looking for is BTAS collectibles. Soon i plan on collecting Phantom City Creative Screen Prints of the series that originated on Mondotees.com. The Animated Series means the world to me & i hope this video attracts others that love this show as much as i do. I cant even begin to explain how much it means to me & how magical life was during the time i grew up watching it. Anyway's i know this video is super long & i may carry on talking a lot. But it came from the heart & i truly hope you enjoy!

Great collection! Just got my first two figures of this line Batman and Catwoman. And that’s it I’m hooked. Like you said this is the ultimate definition of Batman and I hate that it took me so long to get into them. McFarlane has re-released a few I hope he continues. Those expression packs are holy grails

I was born in 95 and being from the UK a TV from the US tended to come over here well after debuting there, so I just about caught the animated series before it disappeared from UK TV but by god did it leave an impression I remember sitting down in the front room on cold winter mornings with the curtains drawn with only the faintest bit of dawn still creeping up and hearing that haunting and memorable opening. And then the episodes were always so memorable "Christmas With The Joker"(saw it twice, wanted every successive year at Christmas but CN would never deliver) , "Last Laugh", "Demon Quest Part 1&2", "Heart Of Ice", "Showdown" (Love that last one) all indelibly etched into my mind and then with Batman Beyond debuting in the UK on Toonami in 2001, I was there for every episode of the first season from the pilot to episodes like "Sneak Peak" "Meltdown" "Shriek" ahh I was in heaven! I wish I had been born a bit earlier, you late eighties and early nineties kids had the best stuff! So yeah looking at these figures brings back a lot of cool memories! Unpopular opinion New Adventures Joker was my favourite Joker, I don't know something about being so slim somehow made him more intimidating for some reason, the eyes I can see why people hated it, but I think it suited the character somehow Also saw Superman TAS back then as well, I was four maybe five when I saw "Feeding Time" and the birth of Parasite.....that sequence in the back of the truck haunted my mind back then! Great stuff keep it up!

Everything you said about the opening of Batman the animated series is spot on and the rest! all those episodes are classics man. We did have the best stuff on tv growing up i think. Thats why im so emerged into the collectibles 25 years later lol. Absolutely amazing stuff. Thank you for watching!!

Hold on to these figures. Dc Collectibles closed with AT&T taking over DC. These figure are already super expensive to get your hands on. 10 years from now they will be super rare.

Yeah man! I was born in 1986 (almost 1987, I was born in December) and my first exposure to Batman was Batman Returns and Batman: the animated series so like you that show holds such a special place in my heart. I have almost the entire DC Collectibles collection but don't have the Mondo figures. Seeing them in your collection really makes me want to get them! Awesome figures!

Yeah, dude! EVERYTHING about Batman: the animated series was special! The art, music, characters, voice acting. Such a magical show! I just ordered a second Batman: the animated series Scarecrow so I can display him with his Jonathan Crane head. I plan to put him with unmasked Harley and unmasked Catwoman when I get her. I missed out on the Batman Expressions pack and that thing is going for crazy prices now! Luckily, I was able to get the Joker and Harley packs. Are you planning on getting the Adventures Continues figures? The characters like Deathstroke, Azrael and Jason Todd that were never in the animated series?

luckily i got all the expression packs but i dont have the cave, batmobile but i just ordered the batcycle. Yes i want to get all those concept figures inspired by the animated series. That jason todd looks amazing bro! well they all do if im honest. as far as the new adventures stuff, i dont know. Im mainly looking for the animated series stuff. But if i end up getting it all, i may look into getting some. looking into getting the cave and batmobile now

Great collection. I started this one at the very beginning and lucked out with a lot of boxing day sales at local comic shops in Canada. Just need 4 new adventure figures to complete the collection which is Catwoman, Riddler, Firefly and Anti-fire suit batman. Was not a fan of their designs, so never picked them up. Only opened 7 figures so far Had some figures in boxes for the last 5 years. After seeing current prices I was tempted to sell, but it is one of the best lines I have ever owned and plan on opening them all in the next couple of months.

Awesome Collection man! I have about 90% of the figures. Still on the lookout for some. Not all of them are easy to find. I managed to get the big items such as the batmobile, batcave and batwing.

I’m a gigantic Batman as well, born in 88, grew up on batman 89, batman the animated series(own it in dvd sets,deluxe blu ray), hell batman returns was first movie I ever saw in a movie theater, own and read many Batman comics,anyways man almost all of these figures are super expensive now :/ any chance they will ever re release these? No way I can justify dropping 100 bucks on some of these, might as well get some more Mezco lol

Shame this line has come to an end, but at least they got most of the major characters done. I've still got a few to get but the two that I'm missing are the classic style Scarecrow and Two-Face from last year, I ordered them but my order got cancelled and I've not been able to find either of them since, which sucks since they're two of my favourite villains and easily two of the best looking figures. Still, awesome collection man!

Man oh man that takes me back. Remember watching batman the animated series after school, and I didn't even realize they've made these figures. They look great, the articulation is a little lacking but the sculpt on them more than makes up for it. Do they make a clayface? I'd like to pick up a couple of these characters. Thank for peaking my interest, batman of course, the joker, bane, two face, catwoman, the scarecrow is amazing, damn I gotta get on these. Do they make a scaled down version of mr.freeze? The old Kenner figures? I see a lot of people getting them at mom & pop toy shops. I got mine from when I was a kid at farmer jacks lol.

People are are always talking articulation but the figures look better with less articulation / I think to many joints and moveable parts make figures look stupid / these figures look great the way they are .
