this song is so sad, from the point of batman he sees gotham city and he sees everyone change and not for the better but he still continues to be their protector and he knows he wont be able to save them but he will try so that everyone can live happily even if that's not possible
@FabledHeroes33518 жыл бұрын
That's not entirely true the people hit stronger morally and Spiritual and became better people in the end because of his sacrifice
@legendofryan968 жыл бұрын
yes that's true, but from batmans perspective hes sad because no matter how much he protects the people there will always be evil and he cannot stop evil re-rising for good. so he tries as best he can to make sure the people are happy and he will hold onto the light of gotham for as long as he can.

@8KingFisher Yah i definately agree on the masked Bane, I'm sure he will do good because Christopher usually exposes the dark of characters, my hypothesis was he read some of the bigger comics of Batman (i.e. Knightfall, No Man's Land, The Killing Joke, Hush etc.) and based his characters off of those darker ones so im sure Bane will be dark. Catwoman on the other hand, uh, well shes yah Catwoman isn't known to be dark and she has been done twice mind you the Hollie Berrie version BLEH!

Far better suited to the Dark Knight trilogy, than the silly Batman and Robin, as others have pointed out here - love this edit. Only regret is that Smashing Pumpkins couldn't have written for the Dark Knight trilogy themselves. At their best, alongside Hans Zimmer and James Newton Howard's works... that could have been a magic combination.

@8KingFisher I was extremely thrilled to hear a possible Hugo strange coming into the picture, Robin Williams might be awkward but i think he can pull it off. As for the henchmen, I think Catwoman is her own person with her own grudge, Bane/ Hugo working with one another is a possibility but might be a tad bid dumb. And Arkham City looks absolutely AMAZING!!! I cannot wait, I know already Hugo is a side villian along with Harvey, catwoman and a few others
