That's because he wasn't talking to him at all. It was inner dialogue. I thought it was pretty clear. You think he's gonna tell the boy out loud that "you saved batman tonight." That's not him. Plus he uses the voice machine thing in his suit to deepen his voice when speaking with others, but in that scene it was normal despite being around the boy so he was talking to himself.

That's not a bug. In Episode 3 you can tell Lucius to work with you in the Batcave. In this episode Bruce will interact with him - as you can see from the video - with the only difference he's there with you and not in the Wayne Enterprises lab. He also gives you a gadget that will help you take down Penguin's drone later, or you can use the grapple gun that Catwoman stole from you. That's it.

The amount of time and influence the joker had in this episode is equivalent to what he had in Suicide Squad. Jumping to what I thought of this Episode, it was a good one. The Decisions were well written and the end game was clear enough. The only major thing I despise about TellTale is their Engine, its the equivalent of HORSESHIT. The game crashed three times throughout the episode and in some sequences there is no Audio, eg when I was fighting off Harveys goons in Wayne Manor, the whole fight there was no Audio. Great Job TellTale.

A good episode overall. I love the Bruce/ Joker dynamic going on, very different. But I'm really disappointed with Harvey. The people who chose to save did so in the hopes he wouldn't be a villain. But nope, he becomes Two-Face no matter what. With or without the scares. Whether you slept with Selina or not. Harvey's downfall (mostly without the scares) just feels very forced. I don't care if it was a mental illness he already had.

Telltale's explanation is that the drug gives psychotic moments even after treatment. For Montoya, she got into trouble in ep 2, for Harvey, the violent moments made him create his second persona, and Bruce got really sensible to violent moments. He was the only one who got treated, and maybe Montoya's dose was to short to cause long term problems (still, next episode might have her getting side effects from the drug). For Harvey, yeah, it's sad to have him as Two-Face regardless of choice, I would prefer for Selina to get really pissed on Bruce and be an ally of the Children, and maybe mayor Hill survive and implement Harvey's martial law treatment. But hey! Guess it would give too much work to Telltale, seeing that they can't even get lip syncing right (Strong story, really bad programming skills).

Joker reminds me of a psychotic druggie or something. Im sure we’ve all seen a character like this in real life. The weird creepy guy, you think he’s kinda cool big brother but he’s unpredictable and changes mood swings all the time. I really love the Joker here. He gave me the chills. He’s not imprisoned Arkham, he’s there because he wants to be there! He only sees the funny side of all things and had been able to infer many things just from watching the news and outside perspective. I hope he’s more like a Anti Hero in this universe...

I love this new interpretation of the Joker because it isn't new at all. It's completely true to what the Joker should be. He isn't doing anything because he's obsessed with Batman, or to make money, or to cause chaos, he's just doing things because he thinks they're funny, no greater meaning or monetary value to it.
