I am pumped for this movie! Can't wait. The only thing that bugs me in this trailer, is there isn't a moment that stands out and teases you. The IMAX trailer is what I wanted the official worldwide trailer to be. It showed Batman and Superman charge at each other, which got me jumping. I feel that would've got many more fans excited, and teased. Nonetheless, still very excited for this movie. Can't wait for March 2016!

Aw i don't know, that shot of Superman holding the rocket above his head really stood out to me as an Iconic shot!! :-) I agree that it maybe wasn't exactly what I was expecting but I am really excited to see this movie....I'm sure subsequent trailers will explain way more and include more stunning footage!! Glad you liked this breakdown....I was actually planning on doing a complete breakdown on the new trailer but I had a summer vacation when the trailer came out, a really busy july and august and when i had enough free time to actually do it, there were like 50 breakdown videos on youtube so i decided to skip it lol. That shot where Supes is being "worshipped" looks to be "Dia de los muertos", Day of the dead as they say in Mexico. Maybe Supes is being worshipped globally in many cultures and parts of the world? He sure doesn't feel comfortable though.

If you watched JL Doom, Batman had backup plans just in case Superman or any other members got out of hand. He is very smart. They dont call him the world's greatest detective for nothing.

Hey Stew! Geri here from my Xena channel :) Just to say that I've watched the whole thing and the end that picture with the statue and people bringing flowers hmm don't like that at all. Hopefully they don't make Superman seem weak in front of Batman. That's my biggest fear for this movie. I also saw your Superman/Batman/Wonder Woman costume video ;) I think those are awesome :)

Definitely a good review of the trailer, I enjoyed it. Going back to when you talked about whether or not Dick Grayson's head stone is legit or not, in the time since the teaser was released I've actually read about another Easter egg that could contribute to the fact that he is dead in this timeline. In the scene where Bruce is looking at his bat suit while Alfred is talking, I read that in the back round you can see a display with what looks to be "Robins" suit in it so that unfortunately adds to the theory that Grayson is in fact dead in this universe which is very disappointing but non the less I still look forward to this movie very much so. Thanks again for an awesome review and I apologize for the lengthy comment.

I personally think Alfred's speech is directed maybe at Luthor or to the people in general, seeing how people are turning against Superman because he's a god, or Luthor that has lived his life under Supes' shadow, that's what in fact literally turned him into a douche lol Also think "Tell me, do you bleed" is said by Metallo.

I don't get why there is so much negativity towards Man Of Steel, I loved the freaking movie it got me into DC as a whole. This badass authority type Superman is by far my favourite version.

stewmurray47 No problem! :)) Here's one thing you might have missed though - in that scene with Batman just standing there in what you assumed was "an abandoned building" looks like it could be Metropolis Central Station - where Zod's death took place in the last movie... In that light, I think its possible that Batman's probably there looking for more clues, trying to deduce more of Superman's weaknesses....

I believe the shot of Superman with a gathering of people, some with white make up, is a celebration in Mexico---Day of the Dead celebration. I think Superman will not only be a savior in America, but a savior to the world. This can me seen by seeing Superman holding up a Russian satellite, etc….
