SUCH an amazing piece, Stew! Really captures the likeness; the sculpting, especially all that hair!, is so impressive. It's very cool to see the "variants" of it as well - that onyx-ish one WOW. Very much looking forward to the next review of Simon's work... ;)

Stewart! As you already know, I'm a big fan of this bust. Jim Lee's style is a perfect fit for Superman and the DCU. It's always a treat to see his artwork realized in 3D form. This bust has a slight caricature quality but I think it is instantly recognizable as Lee's art. We've talked extensively about the amazing detail of his hair sculpt but it was equally great to see the detail in his face up close. Again, another amazing review of a piece that helps set your collection apart. The video editing looks (and sounds) great! The colors on the bust are so vibrant and seeing it in your new review space really helps to accentuate that quality. Such a beautiful piece. Thanks for sharing this stunning collectible.

Aww thanks Richard! I've really hit a stride with my new review space and the blakc background really makes everything pop. LOL i'm worried if I have to review something really dark or black in colour!! I'm gonna be in trouble! Thanks for the kind words about the editing too....It really does take a long time to make my reviews but I'm usually pleased with the end results. I couldn't agree more about the slight caricature quality the statue has...I think that's maybe one of the things that I really like about it....along with that hair!! hehe. Sensational piece!!!! Outstanding review as always Stewart. This sculpt is fantastic, as you said it recreates Lee's artwork so accurately. I'm loving the variants you showed here as well, especially the metallic one. Wow, just awesome. The paintwork on your bust is incredible too. You can see the amount of care Garage Statue takes to result in such a quality piece. Awesome!!!

Yeah Simon does stunning work and I can't wait to review the other statue he sent. I know you've seen it but it'll have so many damn display options that it'll be so much fun to film!
